Process model / processes

In the Processes area, the processes of a company are created and managed. Processes are used to regulate relationships in the corporate hierarchy and coordinate workflows. Processes and tasks are ordered and linked together, taking into account temporal and spatial factors. The individual processes and tasks are assigned to organizational units or roles.

Basically, the processes are divided into the following process folders:

  • Management processes: In the Management processes folder, the processes are created that describe the management and controlling of the company. With these processes, all other processes are planned, controlled and strategically and regulatory aligned.

  • Core processes: The Core Processes folder contains the processes that involve value creation. They describe how customer requirements are met and are relevant for direct services to customers.

  • Support processes: Processes that do not involve value creation are created in the Support processes folder. These processes support the reliable operation of other processes.
